However, I am unable to boot my computer now as there’s is no OS

Tried to sneakily use laptops at Challenger to create a windows boot disc with my USB but was stopped by the staffs

Any other place that I can create a boot disc with my USB?

Friends now all using iPads or smartphones

Why dun you just boot to a Linux mint os using USB then use etcher to make a window boot usb? You dun have access to another computer at work or school?

Use Window 7 CD and connect a DVD writer

See if you can find a tool on Android to burn iso to a thumb drive..

Like using Etchdroid to flash Linux Mint to the USB and boot your PC from it.

During times like that, need to be a little more creative.

this requires 2x external storage

connect thumb drive to phone via OTG and copy ubuntu.iso to it

boot to thumb drive and run live cd

download ventoy for linux and install to the other thumb drive

copy windows.iso to ventoy drive

Please do not "sneakily" attempt again.

Recommend a backup computer. If you are willing to learn linux, a single board computer starts around $30.

E.g. Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi. They have a few models, please check to find a suitable one, e.g. one with hdmi, usb ports, and charging via usb charger

Connect to your existing monitor, keyboard, mouse, you will have a working computer.

You can then search for instructions to create a Windows boot drive via linux

Having a backup phone and backup computer is important

alternatively, a windows mini pc can be found below $200 on amazon or aliexpress

You dont need to learn Linux. There are step-by-step guides everywhere on the internet for getting started.

As long as you can read, follow instructions, and have some common sense, it will suffice.

It's as simple as ABC.

Just do it on a smartphone as per my recommendation if you dont want to use a PC.
