Any recommendation for PC Box

I plan to buy a monitor with HDMI then buy a PC Box to make it as daily pc, since I want it to be portable while tower CPU is heavy to bring around. I will bring the PC box to other places where there is monitor and plug in there.

Any recommendation? Consideration would be
1. At least i5 gen 4
2. RAM at least 4GB
3. Storage at least 64GB or more

This PC Box mainly to use for website development using Visual Studio
