Does this 1.7 include everything or does ts intend to dredge some stuff from his old build?

The SSD and hdd could both be very relevant still, as well as the existing Windows 7, optical drive, cooler, case and all. Windows 7 can or cannot be reused, I am unsure.

That can save you a bit of money and help u reallocate your money to other areas for better stuff. Like a better gpu.

Don't completely disregard your current rig (if it exists)
