I know if I wear my watch for four days straight, it will run about a day and a half before stopping

The newer generation 4R movement in new Seiko watches now is hackable and windable liao.

SKX007 is quite old and uses the old 7s movement
Never generation Monster uses the new 4R movement

Sumo and Shogun are higher end divers watch
Uses 6R movement which is higher beat with longer power reserve
Basically same watch but Shogun is made of titanium and Sumo mad of stainless steel with different positions of the crown.

6R15 higher PR because of Spron 510, else same beat rate as 7S/4R3X at 6bps.
6R2X are the ones with 8bps




if not willing to pay for 6R15, go for at least 4R15/4R16 from the 4R family.
rather take higher PR and better performance of the mainspring than just hack+wind.

If you like divers look at Prospex series, they are ISO diving certified. Nowadays more and more divers kena upgraded to Prospex status liao meaning price also up liao. Got good got bad la haha.
