Any sinkies using the MACS?

jus wanna check whether the MACS clearance is reliable and better than using the normal clearance....
anyone with MACS can share their experience?

cos was stuck in the human jam at msia customs side for over 2 hrs and realised the MACS coulda been a much better way to go...
