For Taoism, where do they go to? Example, christian believe they will go heaven, buddhist will go through one of the 6 realms.

But what about Taoism?

The saying of "you are born with noting and will leave with noting" is actually from Taoism

Taoism is not a religion. It is a teaching.

Taoism originally came about the teachings by Lao Zi who described the essence of our existence in this world and about the nature of this universe and beyond - the way of Tao (道):

Lao Zi had left with us a book compiled of his wisdom ... the first paragraph of his book <<道德经>> says this:

道可道也,非恒道也。名可名也,非恒名也。无名,万物之始也;有名,万物之母也。故恒无欲也,以观其眇;恒有欲也,以观其所徼。两者同出,异名同谓。玄之又玄,众眇之门。

so it's not a religion like many perceived today ... :s13:

IMHO, anything can become a religion. People worship all kinds of things, including stones, animals, etc. So a set of teachings can become a religion if at least one person turns it into so. The creator of the teachings may not have intended it to be a religion but there's no stopping his followers from turning it into one.

Well, this is the original taoism bah. later on, there is a taoism(the religion side) which is what most people know and which co-opted many of the original taoism concepts and stuff.

In Taoism, the concept of the afterlife is not emphasized as strongly as in some other religious traditions. Taoism is a philosophical and spiritual tradition that focuses on living in harmony with the Tao, which is often described as the underlying principle of the universe.

According to Taoist beliefs, life and death are part of the natural cycle, and there is an emphasis on living a balanced and virtuous life in the present rather than speculating about the afterlife. Taoists strive to align themselves with the flow of the Tao and seek to attain a state of oneness with the universe.

Different Taoist sects and individuals may have varying beliefs about the afterlife, ranging from notions of reincarnation to the merging of one's essence with the Tao. Some Taoists believe in the existence of immortals who have transcended the cycle of birth and death and achieved spiritual immortality.

Overall, it's important to note that Taoism is a diverse tradition, and beliefs about the afterlife can vary among its followers. The emphasis in Taoism is often placed on living a virtuous and harmonious life in the present moment rather than solely focusing on the afterlife.

Go hell or heaven ?

As long one got pure hearts, minds and practices good (action, speech, thought, refrain from killing, etc) one does not have such concerns

Many leaders do not have such attributes and daily practices ?

I think it depends on what we are referring to as Taoism.

Just as Lao Tzu stated: 名可名也,非恒名也

There are probably as many definitions of Taoism as there are people on this planet, and perhaps not a single one of these is Taoism.

"合抱之木,生于毫末。九层之台,起于垒土。千里之行,始于足下"。

任何强大的事物,都是从细微中产生的,这就是造化的原理。

所以,人并不会真正的死去,所谓的生死,只是一种假象

人的道性真灵是永恒存在的,这是生命能够走向永恒的根基,生命的永恒产生于稳固的定力之中,而稳固的定力来源于清静之中。

So there's no reincarnation or afterlife?

Usually deities like Er lang shen, Tai Shan Lao Jun, Yu Wang Da Di, Ba Xian, Lei Zhen Zi, Ne Zha they all under Taoism?

But what people mostly know is the religion one as that is the one that is most widely perpetuated. The religion side also have Co-opted the main concepts of the original/philosophical side so unless u are a expert, u will most likely not be able to differentiate it.
