Those are folk lore created by it's local inhabitants,.
The deities you mentioned are created in Tang Dynasty where people generally confuse Taoism and Buddhism.
Can elaborate further? Cause what I mentioned ( Er lang shen, Tai Shan Lao Jun, Yu Wang Da Di, Ba Xian, Lei Zhen Zi, Ne Zha) are deities, not buddha, bodhisattva or Arahant, which does not belongs to Buddhism.

What is the concept of 元神 in Taoism? Is it a significant concept? Or is it just a mythology?

The deities are just stories
There no Sun Wu Kong (Buddhism) vs Er Lang Shen (Taoism) before.

In simplified terms, it is like my God is better then your God. My religion is better than your teaching.
In recent times, catholic and protestant conflict.

I heard 封神榜 is real. Yu Wang Da Di also existed. 四大天王 also existed. Because it was written in buddhism sutra.

For Taoism, where do they go to? Example, christian believe they will go heaven, buddhist will go through one of the 6 realms.

But what about Taoism?
Not a full Taoism practitioners but borrowing a bit of their techniques to develop a healthy body.

IMHO, from my understanding.

Taoism, develops body followed by the mind.
Buddhism, develops the mind followed by the body along the way naturally ( Often unknowingly).
These are the two main differences.

Where do they go?
For Taoism, it depends on their developments. If they develop their body to the utmost followed by the mind. They may have attained the Tao / Enlightenment / Full enlightenment itself which means they may be able to get out of the six realms or be-reborn in upper realms at least.
Otherwise, if they only developed their body only, they may still go through the 6 realms after they passed away.

Actually because taoism has evolved over the years somewhat to the extent it becomes too confusing because each sect has their different chanting sculptures and teachings. mixed together with some urban myths and legends The one you would generally hear is that if you die already, you go to the taoist version of hell which is the one you would see at Haw Par Villa , but of course you die liao not 100% after all that punishment in hell you will reincarnate become a human again. there are different pathways from 人道,鬼道,畜道 which you will go to etc

But some would argue is that Taoists had " taken " many concepts out from buddhism and evolved into their own concept of teaching and myths hence some taoists will say the term 佛道本是一家 because they believe but again, this is something i would leave to the more experienced and learned ones to educate us :o

For this, it belong to buddhism, which are the 3 realms out of the 6 realms and not belong to Taoism.

See what Renzokukenzs commented

Haw Par Villa is based on Buddhism, particularly The Ksitigarbha Sutra, and his visit to Hell.

三清 is incorporated in both folk and philosophy. In folk context, they accept master of 三清 however in philosophy term no. Jade emperor same level as 三清 aka 九重天, but JE has to command the deities in 七重天.
I am not Taoist. But I think to sideline 三清 as "folk" , doesn't sound right bro.
The other chinese things you say to be honest I have no idea what they mean cause I not Taoist, so maybe you are right. But anyway this is what it says on the web:

The Three Pure Ones (Chinese: 三清; pinyin: Sānqīng), also translated as the Three Pure Pellucid Ones, the Three Pristine Ones, the Three Divine Teachers, the Three Clarities, or the Three Purities, are the three highest gods in the Taoist pantheon. They are regarded as pure manifestations of the Tao[1] and the origin of all sentient beings, along with the "lords of the Three Life Principles or 'Breaths' (qi)".[2] They were also gods who were "associated with the sky, the earth and the underworld."[1]
They were thought to be able to control and have power over time in various ways.[2] They were seen as literally the "Past, Present, and Future"
From the Taoist classic Tao Te Ching, it was held that "The Tao produced One; One produced Two; Two produced Three; Three produced All things." It is generally agreed by Taoist scholars that Tao produced One means Wuji produced Taiji, and One produced Two means Taiji produced Yin and Yang [or Liangyi (兩儀) in scholastic term]. However, the subject of how Two produced Three has remained a popular debate among Taoist scholars. Most scholars believe that it refers to the Interaction between Yin and Yang, with the presence of Chi, or life force.[3]
