I got pfn bsod when i try overclock ram

so i think is your memory or uclk unstable at your current voltag

better backup, pfn bsod may lead to corrupted drive

do dism restore health and sfc scannow i think helps protect corruption after bsod

Reinstall Windows than try again.
If you encounter Bug check error than that means RAM got issue.

It can be bad storage devices, bad rams, corrupted drivers, loose cables(accidental kick or not seated properly...) or virus/malware. Software side, a clean install of windows will purge the problems away (Of course, don't repeat any bad habits after)... Hardware side, rams you checked, so now checked each and all of your storage drives. Check cables.
