Guys, can i check without the iPhone, can the apple watch plays music to BT wireless earphones?

Currently using a Garmin forerunner but I need a sports watch that can track heart rate, GPS and music.

Considering the Tomtom or Apple watch now. Only thing bad about apple watch to me now is the fact that GPS locked on is not shown. Imagine running a marathon liao then to find out that statistics are based on the inbuilt accelerometer and not GPS...that feeling sucks

Yep, the apple watch can output music directly to BT earphones.

Ya what I mean is series 2 will have this issue Oso?
So far nobody complain that it is peeling.. But still early days..

Apple recognised the problem as they have changed the material for the back.. From composite to ceramic hoping that it will not peel.. But still too early to say..

Other than the strap and exclusive watch faces, are there any other differences between the Nike+ watch and regular apple series 2 watch?

Initially I though the Nike+ app will be different, but after the latest update, they seem similar.

Using the Nike+ app on my 1st gen Apple watch is actually quite frustrating.

1. App is laggy, takes a few seconds to update from the phone. Seems to have improved slightly after latest update.
2. Watch is unresponsive to sweaty fingers.
3. Heart rate is captured on the watch, but not reflected on the phone.

Anyone used the Nike+ app on both the 1st and Series 2 watch? Is the app still as laggy?

So far I had 2 runs using the Nike+ app on series 2. I find the app laggy. During run when I raised my hand to see distance, it will take 1-2sec to refresh distance. Also not too sure is it I dunno how to use or what, but during run my screen only shows distance and time. I want to see pace and heart rate. I tried tapping the screen or turning the crown but doesn't work.

Also I read in instruction manual to stop run, press the crown and side button together. But seems like doesn't work. I have to double tap on screen.

Anyone already familiar with the Nike+ app, can share how to use?

On the watch Nike+ app, swipe down to access the settings, and turn on "Advanced". Then you will be able to see pace and heart rate on the same page.
