this happens when documents not avaliable (delete, misplace or ext hdd/nas dc) there isnt any ways to solve it, since u can no longer get the doucment in the same locations.

I didn't delete anything the folder just disappeared.

just what exactly is that folder? programs? personal? etc?

next since it disappeared, den u can try looking into trash bin, if trash bin dun have probably got remove by anitvirus or those protections software send it for quarantine.
