Anybody tried Changi App in China?

Works with Liquid Pay + AliPay.
Quite well in retail, F&B in China.

But did not work with cab. PRC driver presented AliPay QR code but ChangiApp (LiquidPay+AliPay) could not interface.

Setup in SG first. Wrap up all the verification in SG before you leave.

Icbc and boc both support dual currency union card. Payment settlement in rmb.
Union pay mobile quick pass also support both qr code and NFC payment.
Apple pay can also bind union pay credit card.

There are 2 type of qr code. Personal and merchant.

Alipay+ only support merchant qr code.
Ocbc bank scan and pay support alipay +.
Those WeChat and alipay binded with international credit card also only support merchant qr code.

Cab usually is personal qr code....

In Singapore we have paynow qr code and nets qr code.

Alipay is personal qr code like paynow qr code.
Alipay+ is merchant qr code like nets qr code.

Hi guys. I am now in Shanghai now. I am trying to use Changi Pay to pay, with the credit card that’s registered in the app (not the liquid app).

how come the option of using credit card to pay is not available? It seems to be always linking to my liquid wallet
