System 1 with Asus Gaming Monitor 144hz

Total Damage - $1989
Quoted from PCThemes

Notes :
i7 too tight for this budget
Add HDD later date?
Palit having a promotion for free games.
Only able to get cheapest 1070... Would be nice to have the Jetstream for better cooling.

Palit Free games

System 2 with Qnix Monitor

Total Damage : $2005.8
Quoted from PCThemes SLS

Qnix Monitor from Qoo10. It is a great monitor for its price.
Same as above, no budget for HDD. Maybe add on later date.
i7-7700 can be budgeted with the cheaper monitor.
ASRock Pro 4 has better VRM and cooling solution than the MSI Bazooka.
Also increased the quality of the Power Supply. PSU quality is very important too.

Intel i7-7700 3.6Ghz
MSI H270-Gaming-PRO-Carbon
DDR4 2133MHz CL15 Kingston 16GB Single
Lite-On 24X SATA DVDRW
WD Blue SSD 250GB
WD 1TB BLUE
ZOTAC GTX1060 AMP! 6G+backplate
Seasonic 620W S12-II
Sharkoon DG7000 Tempered Glass
DELL P2317H 23" IPS/DP/HDMI/VGA
MS Windows10 Home 64bit oem

$2090

Which of this three would be better?
I need Windows 10 as well for the above 2.

Don't mind dropping a bit on the graphics card.

1060? Your GPU will be a bottleneck.

Your motherboard support M.2, use it. The WD Blue SSD is slow.

The Dell monitor is 60 Hz only I think.

16GB single? So you want to dump dual-channel RAM?

Honestly the other recommendations are better than that list.

Do you have any recommendations?

MONITOR: Dell S2316H 1080p 60Hz IPS ($187 from Lazada*)
CHASSIS: Fractal Design Node 202 ($129)
MOBO+CPU: MSI H110i Pro AC + i7-7700 ($589)
RAM: Kingston Valueram 2133Mhz DDR4 2x8GB ($170)
PSU: Silverstone 500W SFX Gold ($145)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB ($149 via Lazada*)
HDD: WD Blue 2.5" 1TB ($91)
GPU: Leadtek GTX 1070 FE ($542.50 from Qoo10 after applying $50 coupon)
OS: Windows 10 Home (<$20 from Carousell)

* Purchase under one cart, use Standard Charted CC on Wednesday using code SCWOWWED to get $30 off

TOTAL: 1992.50
Prices are quoted from PC Theme, or otherwise stated.

Perhaps add 2x 120MM fan for the GPU side for your chassis to feed air into the case if you like. Since you will be using FE GPU in this build, this is optional for you.

7700 and 1070 but then only a 60Hz monitor...?
