I usually cook with chicken soup with goji, red dates, fu ling & ginger/dansheng/ginseng.
In Supermarket (Sheng Siong/NTUC/Giants) & Chinese TCM herbs shop like Hock Hua, Chinatown TCM shops have those prepared package ready to be added into soup making. You see those with goji, you can add abit more to it.
Dry Logan Goji Drink:
If lazy and feeling cold like raining days or fatigue, I will just make an easy Logan Goji drink by adding some dry logon + goji with hot boiling water into a cup and cover it, drink after it turns warm or 20mins later. You can use thermal flask too and bring to work place and drink + eat all "cooked" Logan and goji.
You can add goji to tea and eat them too.
Goji I just rinse it with water to clean and use. I usually buy those big pack NingXia Goji from Hock Hua and keep in ice freezer compartment.
