hmm thats the weird thing,since i already closed the account back then,i remembered there was no outstanding balance so im not sure what they were charging interest on

anyway i called the CS and she seemed confused too,she asked for a picture of the letter to forward to the relevant dept and get back to me

but it took them a while to find out considering i cancelled the card a few yrs ago

Never gotten this before. This should be a rare case. But you should be really happy a company is doing this.
