VJC was top JC a few times in the early 90s and sometime around 96-98 as well (can't remember which year exactly). Most of my schoolmates went RJC or HCJC so I know this clearly.

After that went downhill....

during my time, the unofficial ranking is always like this:

1st/2nd - RJC or HCJC
3rd/4th - VJC or NJC
5th - TJC
6th - AJC
7th - ACJC
8th - SAJC
9th - NYJC

i rmb AJC always wanna break into Top 5 but never happen before.
