Ban Leong a.k.a. Digital Hub.
Their hotline cannot be reached. Has been days. 9am. 11a.m. 3p.m. All calls during office hours. Not weekends.
Even worse than singtel, starhub and m1.
Email also no reply.

Too many RMA requests till cannot be contacted? Might as well buy overseas hardware since local warranty need to waste time and money for walkin cases. Totally uncontactable.

Should change distributor for the brands tied to Ban Leong ****.

Bro, what happened to your hardware?

I feel our local distributors most of them quite chao kuan. And also, can only RMA during office hours. Can’t even do advanced RMA or dropshipping RMA. Waste time, money and effort.

Singapore is a first world country but so many things are so backwards. For example, our local postal and courier services. Our country so small and yet buying something online is so inefficient, need to wait 3-4 days for product to arrive.

Postal and courier is really inefficient, amazon sg and fresh could deliver your groceries to your door steps within a day,
while ntuc can't lol.

+1. Stuck in their old model. When I did one intel RMA, I was stunned by how smooth it was. Courier comes to collect at your convenience. Shipping fees both ways covered. Max took up few mins of my time.

Do one RMA at a local distro, minimum 2 x trips of 2-3 hours each. :(

Even if we want to pay for the local courier fees to dropship the RMA also cannot. What kind of archaic procedure is this?

Here is my experience with them. Bought two sets of Linksys Velop Mesh systems, wanted to exchange one for the newer Wifi 6, they refused. Contacted Linksys HQ, Linksys says they allow exchange and distributor should comply.

Digital Hub eventually caved in and said they will replace. Now its been 6 months, they have taken back the old Velop, but we still do not have the new Wifi 6 router.

That is our experience with these guys.

No issue. Because I actively avoid buying anything that's distributed by them, after having multiple poor experiences with them more than a decade back. I rather get from amazon and have no warranty than deal with them.

I'm okay with Corbell and Convergent though.

Welcome to the world of local SME. Lots of these distros are start up during the 80s or 90s, nonsense uncles running nonsense business practices. Get lots of funding support from Govt. but never pass on any benefit to the employees or even to grow the business, just every year change new Jaguar/Merc/BMW. Honestly I have more confidence in Taobao than in some of these. Not a China sycophant, but their logistics and tracking system is light years ahead of SG, and even some western counterparts.
