got any problem first? dont fix anything that is still working fine

dont clean yourself, the money u experiment with tools.. will cost around the same price with paid services

and it could make it worst

Yup.. totally don't mess with cleaning the sensor yourself. I would recommend you sending it back to the OEM to clean the sensor, in case something happen, the OEM will be responsible for it.

its not as hard as you think. just make sure the place you clean is dust free.

try taking a picture at f16 do you see any dust? for smaller dust using a blower is enough. for bigger ones need to wipe lightly.

a sensor cleaning kit is less than 10 on qoo10 or lazada

Cleaned my a6000 sensor for over 4 years without any issue. Used a rocket blower, gel stick and sensor swap+solution.

rocket blower only good for dust but gel stick is better. sensor swab is good for dust and stains so if u only want to buy one just get the swab.

I always bring back to authorized service centre to clean. Sony provides free cleaning if your camera is under warranty. Est. downtime is 1 week. One instance, sony even replaced the glass infront of my filter instead of cleaning it. Free, cos its still under warranty

Sensor dust not such a big deal, unless u usually shoot at F16 and above.

That being said, I usually check for Sensor dust and send it in for cleaning before my vacation. Coming back from vacation and see your photos spoilt by dust is super turnoff
