anyone heard of Shenton wealth holdings

Recently attended a property investment seminar and was recommended by this also, so anyone invested and got back their $$$ yet?

I was approached by one of their agent too and they mentioned the same things as stated earlier in this thread.

I'm interested but afraid to do it due to unfamiliarity in overseas investment and not enough due diligent about them.

Every time when I talk this to the people around me they will just say it is a scam. Anybody tried it and get back their capital with the promised profit?

One of the first rules of investing is not to invest in anything you don't understand.

If its 12% yield gauranteed, you do not need to be a genius to know it is a scam.

Just take a look at profitable plots and other similar investments and the parallels are there for all to see.

from what i understand they are giving the 12% because that is what SWH agreed with them. it also takes too long to get a bank loan approved by the time the bank approves someone else might have brought it they are getting people from sg to raise funds for this and since they are working with the developer. my friend says it's quite safe, safer then playing forex or stocks because the risk is not so high. I'm actually looking for diff opinions so i can make a better decision.

i know the md of this co. vicknesh r pillay. used to work with him when i was doing home loans at dbs..he refer me clients and he is quite a brillant and smart guy..recently he was awarded with some entrepreneur award i saw on the papers.

Has anyone have experience investing with Shenton Wealth Holdings? I recently met up with one of their sales (portfolio consultants) person and went through their products.

Investing in North Dakota gives an investor 26% return after 24 months. Then they have another investment in Brazil that can generate 60+% return.

They told me that they have been around for a few years already and investors have been receiving payouts from their previous investments.

Investing in blue chips gives an investor 6% return after 12 months. Then he has another investment in S-REITs that can generate 7+% return.

He told me that he has been around for a few years already and investors have been receiving payouts from their previous investments.
