body have own capability to restore normal healthy emotional well being by producing neurotransmitters eg serotonin etc but need essential cofactors such as Vitamin Bs

Neurotransmitters play a crucial role in regulating emotional well-being by influencing mood, stress responses, motivation, and social behavior. Key neurotransmitters involved include serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and endorphins etc

a laborer with a healthy normal mind can still function well compared to a scholar with a disturbed mind eg case of father + phd daughter died at home

What are the symptoms? Like worry and feeling sian most time. :(

Do you have many mouths to feed? Seniors to take care? What do you worry about? Crowded MRT? Expensive bubble teas? Or where to go for year end long vacations? Or which CCR condo to buy?

Knowing when to take a break is important. Eg Road march 24km, if you don’t take a break, what will happen.

Mentally it is not so obvious, when will you overload your brain.
