Long term inhalation of toxic fumes may cause cancer!

Lucky my unit dun have much smoke, most of the time the wind blow the smoke towards punggol cove and straitview. Also there is another block in front of my block to help absord most of the smoke that incoming from them.

The kitchen cabinet layout not bad leh. Can see the view when washing dishes. But then after washing the dishes might need to mop the area in front of the sink lor.

my house at Hougang, but the dust resting on my windows are black.

I don't like these designs where the living room is sandwiched in the middle.

Have checked my neighbour's Type 2 unit (kitchen and bedroom on left side, living room in middle, toilet and shelter on right side), and it can be difficult to place furniture in living room.

On the plus side, only their bicycle has spilled out onto the corridor. Most of their belongings are still in the house. Maybe they downgraded from a big house, that's why they've so many things in the house. I'm trying desperately hard to rationalize that they're not hoarders.

They can still inherit your flat when they hold another hdb flat. But they have to sell away one eventually.

These 2 qtns I am not sure, you have to ask hdb liao.

I went to a nearby block's Shopee collection point and saw some people playing pickeball at the hard court in between 2 blocks. The pock pock pock noise is very annoying.

Lucky I didn't choose a unit facing into recreation area.

PR can own hdb flat arh... just cannot apply for bto.
if chiu going to make will, just ask the lawyer.

no matter what, the owner must fulfill mop, to own/sell/rent.

used to hear when i wake up in the morning.

Now the court is banned.... cannot play Pickieball liao.
