i wonder how many of you switch off the DB for those that nv use one

what the purpose to turn off?

if all in up position, when there is power trip, u can know immediately by 1 look.....

your wall button is the 1 that cut off the power, mcb is just to cut off the power when detect abnormal voltage.

When u switch off the wall switch, the circuit is in open loop liao....... turning on/off the mcb doesn't really matter....


dunnoe the SP. if not wrong, should be open loop also as not connect to any wire...... should be just put inside the rccb to cover up the spacing....

i ever think like you but the technician say will spoilt the switch faster unless go for holiday then do it.

spolit mean the switch get looser fastest instead of wear and tear so when repair whole box instead of just switch button replaced.

he got his point also - afterall my electric appliances also to minimalist or unplug when not in used.

i guess it work for those with plenty of lights, appliances and lazy to off one by one.

mine kenna 5yr for few block with low floor - hope the developer do a proper construction.

upon key collection hope not much defect after 5yr of building it - HDB slow in process in administration due to lack of staffs or both incompetent staff. My Neighbour son who join HDB with his poor attitude and no experience in organize himself also can be recruit by HDB for his standard can immediate reflect HDB style liao.

Disclaimer: Is my personal view of the personality of the son. I m stun by vegetable for being recruited - hope he not involved with my BTO administration.

those i off are spare and shelter wall socket
