I am using a Mac and just purchased and downloaded IM Capture for Skype 5.x. It says an update is available and the link leads me to their website where I download the same file which I downloaded before. Nevertheless I download it and reinstall it but again it says update available.
How do I update my version of IM Capture? Its currently version 2.5.0.28. It keeps detecting a newer version but unlike some software that can update itself, this one asks me to download a newer version however after I download and install it still says new version detected.
The other problem I face is I have launched Skype (I'm using version 6.7.59) and IM Capture displays a message saying IM Capture will be able to record calls only after I restart Skype. I did so but it still displayed that message.
My IM Capture window says IM Capture not active (skype is offline) even though I am clearly video chatting with someone. For some reason it is not integrating with Skype and I can't record my video chat.
