Anyone here worked under Pinoy manager before??

Did not work under Pinoy but worked with 2 as colleagues .

1) The positive
my MNC IT guy was a Pinoy .
I was really impressed with his work rate coz once I was working remotely and encountered issues , without me asking ( and I am not even his boss!) he offered to go back to office on a weekend to rectify the issue which he said was caused by a server housed at the office .

2) The negative
I had a female Pinoy colleague at another US MNC.
This woman was a ******* Alpha bitch , even in normal conversations ( casual ) at the pantry , she always had to dominate and control the dialogue .

work wise , needless to say, just an absolute ( and hence unmarried) bitch who would attack your suggestions made at meetings just to make herself look good in the eyes of the boss .

once I spotted a mistake with something she said, I even showed her a quotation from the Singapore government legislation, she still would not back down from her mistake . BTW I’m not an A$$hole at the workplace, I notified her privately. If our roles were reversed, she would most likely and gleefully expose my mistakes to the boss .

Same experience. Their men are really much much better than women.
