Just took a look at their factsheet, basically just a basket of reits of big companies based in the USA. The title is rather self explanatory. Just did some slight digging and this should be what you're looking for?

ETFDB.com is good for this; you can drill down to the individual index level and find ETFs that track a given index. IYR is the only REIT tracking this particular index, but VNQ might be a better bet: it tracks the highly-correlated MSCI US REIT index and charges 30bp less.

this is beautiful,look at the statistics,since inception which is 15 years ago this REIT index's average annual return is 9.7 percent and the cumulative returns is 316 percent.this is clearly a winner,why is this not a keeper?im pretty sure REIT outperformed the S&P in the same timespan and if it wasnt for the 2008 subprime fiasco REITs would have way way outperformed stocks.
