It's literally just called Glass Chicken Feet. I am not Chinese but sometimes when I buy chicken rice I hear the aunty's it as feng zhou or something.

Other side dish depends on stall bro. Some the tofu is nice. Some the gizzard is nice. But the best side dish will always be extra serving of chicken haha.

I love it too. It was introduced to me by a friend. He ordered it without telling me the name of dish. As it was so tasty, I finished it up while he took all the remaining sauce. It was that good!
