Anyone noticed Air Japan prices steadily going upwards?

Almost comparable to Zip Air with majority of their flights and then reaching SIA/ANA levels for great flight timings.

I wonder what changed as they used to do less than $500 for no frills flights.

For purpose of comparison, did u compare it with dates 6 or more months away?

air tickets usually follow dynamic pricing. More bookings, price goes up

could it be the recent jpy weakening against sgd then sinkies rush in to check fares causing the fare to spike?

For budget airlines, I find the sweet spot for booking is usually 3 or 4 months away. And always wait for their monthly sales period.

Again. See ur travelling period. For me, I try to book shortly after their release date. Travelling with kids. It’s the usual few window period.
