Anyone Remember TV Mobile?

Last time for a period sg buses used to have TVs
but the experience was inconsistent all around

Sometimes early in the morning want to sleep on the bus. But can't because the TV is blaring.

Sometimes the program like interesting, but can't hear anything because the volume is too low.

Funny thing is early morning will play Marikita song. Then so awkward. I thought national anthem must stand up.

became obsolete once phones carried the media instead... anyway this TV mobile only lasted from 2001 to 2010... i'd say they had a good run and were no longer relevant by then....

Yeah I remember at around 11pm, no more telecast, but the mobile TV will play same music tune continuously. The music made me sleep in bus.

First 5 years is a pain. The screen freezes there all the time

Last 5 years the images more smooth.

This is just another thing from mediacorp to fight the SPH. At 7pm, it put up CH 8 drama. At 8pm, it put up gameshow from CH 5. Then 9pm news from ch 5, 10pm news from ch 8

Then nx day say ch 5 and ch 8 ratings hit through the roof
