Hi all, has anyone removed cherry angioma before?
Can recommend a dermatologist in the north side that doesn't chop carrot?
I asked two clinics in woodlands (one receptionist say they don't do, the other clinic's one said not sure need to see doctor and pay consultation fee then know whether can be done or not). The receptionist in Khatib clinic also said not sure.

Thanks in advance!

Go to GP and get a NSC referral. This not a procedure a general clinic might be equipped to handle. It is a cluster of malformed blood vessels and electrocautery may be needed.

you'll need some numbing cream if u have low threshold for pain.

it's a zapping burning thing. I used it to burn a wart.

The clinics I asked were those aesthetics clinic.
One clinic could even remove tattoos, warts, moles, etc.

So I thought these clinics have dermatologist doctors and will be able to remove simple cherry angiomas or brown spots. Seems like not?

Last time I asked a gen med doctor during a hospital follow-up appt on how I can remove the spots. She told me need to go private since these are considered as cosmetics/ aesthetics procedures and will not be subsidized.

I have a lot of angiomas and dark spots on my body, several on both my arms and face.

Was concerned about the increasing number of these spots within these 2 years and wanted to check with any dermatology clinic than waiting for NSC. My parents only had a tiny few spots.

Would like to remove the big and obvious ones.
