Anyone repair blue screen problem b4? Expensive?

My ip5 recently keep rebooting itself, and half the time the reboot ends up in a blue screen of death. I tried to restore to factory settings via itunes and it fails too. Maybe there is a hardware issue?

Anyone repaired this kind of problem before? Is it expensive?

try a few restore with a different cable, trial and error, it may work..
likely points to a hard ware issue
