How is the experience and service like? Heard they are 2nd to ANA in Japan? Saw their ticket price for Mid Nov is damn cheap, even with taxes and surcharge in.

Like their timing.
Direct flight: $580 (return) + 74.90 taxes = $654

Flew with them both on Economy and Business.
Service is great, select their 787 flight if possible, Singapore sometimes they switch around with the 767.

Flew them on both short and longhaul. I do find they are a good airline, I do like their food and service hence joined their FFP Japan Mileage Bank to accumulate some miles while flying them. Will try to use JAL when flying to Japan in the future.

I took both JAL and ANA to North America. My two cents, sweetie ANA is better. :D

Their service is great. But be reasonable. Even when the lights are off in the cabin, their crew will still walk up and down the aisle to make sure everything is OK.

I've tracked the prices of their air tickets. Book at least 6 months ahead for good deals. Anything after that, the price will increase.

Airlines release their promotional fares seasonally, not all the time they release it wide open
