Why eat less don't work? I managed to lose a few kilos when I eat less rice. From 65 to about 61 kg.eating less or don't eat is not feasible in the long run as body still need nutrients

Oh i remember this.Long time ago there was this fad of eating a medicine that prevents your intestines from absorbing fat. Hence, you Lao Sai out oily stool (fat / oil pass through your system without being absorbed)
but this fad no more. Seldom heard people on this medicine
the best way to slim down is exercises and eat moderately.I think slimming pills are really overrated!
