sooner or later, you all have to relearn or forget how you use the current AI tool. they will make it even more user friendly for even more people to use it. :o

Claude is crazy expensive and is not significantly better these days. It is reserved for those big companies with alot of money to burn.

The most value for money api is the recently launched deepseek v4.1 flash.

It's not only super fast, the answer is like near frontier level.

Cost wise if I spend 10 bucks on deepseek v4.1 max, it's nearly 400 bucks on clause 5.1 max or Astra 6 max.

I actually rebuilt my shopify ecommerce website Vivre Activewear .com and I did all the apps, and did a lot of new function such as school/club asking for sponsorship, they submit, I approve, they get all the art work and discount code, their user get to their link (at my site) to get individual discount code, my chat bot, enter body measurement to auto highlight which size they should buy, can work with partners, customers can do referral fee etc

also built my own backend stack to manage shopify.

also set up a backend office software that companies can use for payroll, auto accounting, booking of appointment, e-commerce shop, pasar balam also can scan QR code to order. snap book. ai

I also created paynow, auto verified, zero merchant cost.

6 months into vibe coding. came so far, if ai is gone tomorrow, at least I have a good platform for now.

so with claude now, I link up claude with all the software and my stores and stuff, push command from claude can liao. dont even have to login to do anything anymore.

I have subscriptions for Claude, chatgpt, gemini pro.

If you use cowork the credit for Astra, claude run out fast especially claude.
Its only for those asking simple questions.

If you want to do deep dive work or run in bigger projects with more document or structure to follow or run automation, those credits are not enough unless you allow the work to be done slowly within its limits.

I am now already linking AI to websites, to pc to begin automating work.

For deepseek, their app is only available with basic features, only via api you can gain other features.

Do u have technical background?

I'm vibe coding now. I find that vibe coding as a non-techie is full of pitfalls. The good thing that came out of it is I know what I don't know.

Doing all these may generate a bit more revenue, not guaranteed since acquiring business is still that hard part. Cost of doing business has went down a lot, so this helps to achieve better profit.

Old school vibe coding is google search and try to tweak my HTML code.

Vibe coding as a business owner means I know what I want. That hole in technical can be settled by AI. After finishing coding on functions, do the security audit.

You will learn as you pick things up along the way, like only let account read & white their own data, encryption, guard rails etc. Your chat bot will get funny people trying to do prompt hacking and take over. In a most recent data, there's people doing pen test for me for free, the take away was that account edited his software plan but can't do anything else. So I patched up that useless edit too, lucky that person used the wrong name, else, he can access paid features and can burn a few dollars of my API.

I did find someone technical to join my team though. Vibe coding can be a fun project but trying to be a serious business, definitely not enough.

Wah all business complaining cost went up

Whereas you said cost went down?!

Later media need to rewrite their articles

All about optimizing. with ai, one can potentially skip a warehouse with very smart inventory planning of limited space.

initially, all the software and app add up to 1k a month, with own coding, api, server, database and ai sub, $200. Not to mention still can sell some subscriptions from what I have built or can build for others.

Manpower, rental and cogs are rising though, those numbers are bigger than the savings here. So with AI, just founders need to work, don't need to hire.
If selling is optimized, don't need physical space.
COGS, then manage it, absorb/pass cost.

I'm getting crazily good results from 5.6 Luna already. My spending is about 5 times lower than before.

I also realised max is counter productive for my work sometimes. Its like overthink until paralysis.

Also switching model ends up costing more also. Cheaper to just stick to 1.
