They internal deliver to packing location will weigh then send you bill then they pack and ship after your 2nd payment . As for cheaper , hard 2 say , not sure how they count

I usually buy those have direct air shipping. Then bundle a few items together. Seems like cheaper than individually order

Different shops. But all need the direct shipping by air or sea. Most of my items are small. 20rmb for certain weight. Eg if I buy a mouse, I can maybe still get something light maybe a pair of socks. weight doesn't exceed. But if I add 2 socks then exceed. Something like that.

The only thing is need to wait for all the sellers to dispatch and items arrive at the departing port. Some very fast 1 day while some 2 days.

I never try the by weight so far. Worry later they make me Robert then cancel the order hard to get refund
