Can cure one or not? My one sometimes high like 130/90-95 . After I lut exercises or fast for few hours or skip dinner eat fruits nia .. can go down 120/ 88- 92 ..

The lower value like can't go down ..

if not too serious can try to minimize sodium intake
prevention better than protection better than cure

your kind of reading the doc will say is mild hypertension if you above 40

if u see doctor, doctor will tell u healthy diet, and exercise more

Can. Mine was like that. After I cut down on sodium and eat more fruits and veg, it became normal for both readings.

Sodium ah ? Hmm...sounds tough especially lunch and dinner ..then I eat fruits and salad until can't fill up my stomach due to my exercise rate ..will eat until bankrupt one the fruits and salad..

Those born in rats - take good care of your health by eating healthy food

Those born in year or chicken - don't stay late and night and sleep early as it will affect your liver

Born in year of ox - spend more time with close one and family or else there will be drift apart or quarrel ..

I still can eat one hawker meal outside for lunch a day. Choose only those that eat already not super thirsty type.

For high energy meals, you can take instant oats 50-70g with protein powder. Pasta with not so much sauce. Rice with steamed chicken or duck in dark soya sauce (marinate for a few hours then steam, not more than one teaspoon a meal, so steam for 3 servings use 15mL dark soya sauce only. Avoid other food that are high sodium especially snacks and tibits.

Dont take too many fruits. Why not just switch to vegetables? No diabetes etc hor? Just high BP? To lower BP via exercises, do isometric holds.

The easiest are hand grips and wall sits (quite siong one ah)

anxiety can also cause high blood pressure, measure when relaxed
constant checking stats just aggravate me, tats why no bp machine at home
3 or 6 mths go for blood work test is suffice, while there measure bp, weight, height
unless got illness then moniter stats

get well soon.. we recommend eating lots of fruits and vegetables, avoiding fast food and very salty food such as hokkien mee and char kway teow

130/95 is Not High At All... just have a regular exercise plan for the whole year and follow thru, low carb healthy diet that you can keep and that' it.
