4lifts. <300units. 1 lobby. 36floors.
Then again the development is in a known expat enclave with other similar developments in the vicinity. Moi neighbours range from chao mainlanders to freakishly tall zermans and burly amelicans. Only maybe 30% sinkies. Mostly 1br and 2br.

since I’m bbfa no gf no wife no kids. Do simi job nvm what. For now food delivery also unlikely to be replaced by AI.

Using ebike or bicycle?

I am a part time/full time delivery rider.

Wait till u at resturant waiitng too long or send to condo, customer never ans intercom or send to customer place that ask for cash on delivery also no respond etc

Worst is ah long order send to victim house with cash on delivery and no one at home.

Den u need infrom the provider and waste time for u.

Or you exit the lift from condo got no reception.

Best to have 2 diff telecom incase 1 telecom network down.

I kena before in e end use customer wifi to complete the job.

Part time to burn time is ok ba but full time tbh is another lvl

Customers complain? Actually why they complain the deliverymen?

usually if they are not happy with orders should be the restaurant not the deliveryman.

anyway even if bad customer, it will just be Suay for that day. After that sayonara won’t have to see that customer again. Other jobs have to see the colleague or client that u don’t like many times a week

Under the worst case scenario, your account can be terminated. In simple terms, one angry bad customer is enough to disrupt your rice bowl. There are only two major platforms now.

On the other hand, managing one lousy boss or colleague can get easier over time once you understand how to deal with their pattern. Even if you quit your job because of one lousy boss or colleague, it will not affect your future job prospects. These people might not stay in the company or their positions forever.

yes weekday peak is around lunch and dinner , and there is bonus $ per trip offered by grab depending on which zones

As walker? Else if on vehicle, think generally if have shopping centre or cluster of them nearby, better to use that as base.

Cause away from shopping centre, due to makan places tend spread out more, most of the orders pick up tend are spread out further apart one. Have to waste more time traveling to pick up, which is on the delivery own money own time, not pay for or factor into the payout one.

So, want better efficiency, its better to use shopping centre as base. More of the pick up are closer, especially in stacked orders. Better saving in term of time.

I did Lalamove during covid
Do for fun when free is ok
But if do for a living not so easy. Need to know how to pick and stack orders in a logical travel manner and such

yeah, me too. lalamove. no need to put big box on my motorcycle.
lalamove got non food items too like flowers (valentine) and lots of gifts during Christmas/cny period. can do medicine delivery for thore online doctors. about 8 address, $50 or so.

Shopping centre? Think not really. No matter what think still better than those other places. Cause shopping centre tend concentrate alot of common restaurants and food court stalls that are on food delivery list. So, tend have more orders. But if even shopping centre also don't have much jobs, then think other places probably worse.

Also think away from shopping centre those standalone shops and restaurants, not as many are on the food delivery list, got also more spread out between each other. Further travel distance in between to pick up. Affect delivery efficiency. Town centre maybe have more in close proximity.

Unless got fast food like McD just right beside, then better. Cause more tend order McD during anytime of the day. During the lull period, can trust McD to still have periodic pick up one. Its one of the place where many delivery camp also.

Low priority have low priority way of doing it. At most is kio more la-sap jobs those higher priority one don't want or cancelled. Depending on individiual preferences and time of the day, have to selectively pick and choose more with cancellation, if don't want to be shoot to hor-lan alot.

Think ebike more orders bah. Cause they faster, the jobs turnover faster. Can pick up more jobs. They probably can do up to twice as much on a busy day than bicycle. That is provided there are plenty to go around. If not, when business is jialat, no matter ebike or bicycle all same ba-long-long crowd around wait.
