If you’re a ex member or have the keyfob, don’t need to get new one. Now they have some promo for 12 and 18 month’s membership.

This is how their discount rate works:

first tier discount is $85
2nd tier discount is $95
You pay for the key fob $85
Registration is free.

Regular membership is $115/mth for 12 mths and $105 for 18 mths
$95 joining fee
$85 key fob

They all roughly the same for now.

Yo checking in if any of you guys tried pausing your membership and your homeclub requesting documents like doctor memo and what not?
Sprained my leg and contacted my home club (af cck) and they said they needed document proof from the doctor to pause which is ridiculous?

my AF allows membership pause, but can only start on first day of month and will charge you admin fee of $20 or $50, I forgot

mine say can pause only with doctor documentation as stated in contract wor, if thats the case shouldnt all af contract be the same

Anyone encounter similar issue? ridiculously to pay $10 every month. thought it would be customer's right to request for receipt FOC

maybe you ask don't official receipt. just need receipt. what can they offer?

yup the word official is formal reply from them whilst im just requesting for receipt.

alternative they ask for upfront monthly payment to be made so they can print out receipt on the spot. but given that my contract has ended, upfront payment simply means double paying already.

I'm looking to pause my AF membership for about 3 months as I am able to use my school gym but my AF branch is adamant about me producing a medical/travel document before they will process my request which I find to be ridiculous.

Any idea if doctors will be willing to give me said document if I'm honest about my situation?

This is ridiculous. Anytime Fitness shouldn’t be charging for issuing a receipt/invoice.
