If you are medically unfit and have alot of health problems is it possible to escape a DB charge?

My occifer is considering charging me for AWOL. As my name is not on the attendance list i did not sign the book in and out book for 2 weeks. Nobody can vouch for me whether anot i was in camp but i was there. As i have no mc and cannot prove i was in camp he wants to charge me.


Will i be put in db for this?

Medically unfit and a lot of health problems should not be the reason for them to charge you.

Maybe you can explain why is your name not on the attendance list and why you didn't sign the book in and out book? N why nobody can vouch for you that you are in camp? How did you do such disappearing act?

I'm pretty sure camps got security cameras here and there right? Do you remember where you went? Trace back your steps to see what are the cameras that could have captured you then you ask them see video?
