Recently bought new monitor. Is it normal for the sides of the monitor to appear darker ? Thought IPS panel all viewing angle should be same ?

Anyone also got same monitor as me is this normal?

Even the best iPS panels will still have color shift when viewed at an angle , just less obvious. However if you can see the color shift while look straight on, something is not right.

According to my source, it's normal for IPS technology, it's call backlight bleeding. Never had such issue on my VA panel monitor tough.

I bought one from dynacore 2 years ago, all sides look normal to me.
