ApeosPort-IV C3370

hi all,

My company had an issuse with ApeosPort-IV C3370, used to be able to fax in

fax out but recently it cant. Went into the setting, rebot also cant configure the

fax setting, it only show "Error Only" & "Off". Anyway to slove this issue?

Have you tried calling Fuji Xerox? I am sure they are in better position to advise you on your question.
