Hi guys,
I am a noob in IT,need some good advise.
I purchased a Apexis IP cam in Groupon, great mistake.
They stated plug and play and able to view on Andriod phone, no confirgaration and have local agents.
End of the day, I am unable to view from my phone(with my own mobile network), cannot use the wireless camera(need to attached cables to the moderm) and can only view if I am connected to my home wifi.
Engaged a IP cam contractor to help set up by still not able to solve my problem. Port forwarding doesnt help too.
Called groupon, than I realized the company is from China and they have no one in Singapore to support technically which was claimed in the groupon voucher and they don reply to emails.
I heard from the contractor that there are some brands that do provide direct plug and play without any configurations.
Anyone know which brand? I need the IP cam to be able to rotate and tilt, no need any zoom function.
