Appeal against Infraction points Issued

I wish to appeal against infraction points issued to me that results in a 7 day ban on me. I will give a clear explanation on chronology of all events occurred.

1. I issued bearish call on certain hot counters in Stocks section, those counters are M1, ARA and Capitaland Commercial Trust. For the last 2 weeks(before my ban), these counters moved in the direction I predicted. Different counter with different issues, I highlighted with my own analysis.
I never do any personal attack on anybody, even though all these counter are highly recommended by a very famous financial blogger there.

2. On 10.4.16 8.45 am to 10 plus am, I received multiple PM from this member, asking me whether to make peace or war, I didn't bother to reply him, because in my opinion, I issued bearish call because those counters have certain underlying problems, not that i have issue with him.

3. On 10.4.2016, Stock bot started this thread in EDMW and issued a special sell call on Noble(a counter I hold). This thread was moved to Stocks section after a few hours(I believe it is due to some people reported his thread).

In that thread, a lot of people are taking a different view and many are asking him to GPGT including me.

he repeatedly posted a lot of old news about this counter and said he will short Noble to zero.

4. Then on the same day, at around 10 Pm, i was banned due to these 2 comments.

5. I have different reasons for that 2 posts and I didn't mean to insult anyone.
For the first infraction, he issued a bearish call on Noble first, then told everyone in public forum this stock worth shorting. So I joke to him, you have to GPGT then people will take your comment seriously.

For the second infraction, I was trying to justify my stand that when the stock price is dropping, holding certain stocks with high dividend yield doesn't help because capital loss can wipe out dividend gain.

6. Because of that 2 infractions, I was issued a 7 days ban, whereas stockbot who took initiative to provoke me first was issued a 3 days ban.
It was true that I highlighted certain problems for certain counters that he hold, but those were hot counters in that forum, people argue because they think there are some problems with those counters. And the price action indeed consistent with my analysis. I didn't even specifically call his name out when I issued bearish call.

And for that 2 comments, I believe there are many other serious comments that are provoking compared to my comments.

I wish to have my infraction points removed.
If there is any need, I welcome Mod perisher to justify his infraction points issued to me.

The reason he only tio 3 day is because his infractions only managed to hit the 3 day ban. On last count, he tio at least 3x the amount of cards you get from me just this month alone.

As for your case, 2 card is only the bare minimum. There are multiple post which is provocative/nuisance in nature between the 2 of you.

And one need not call names out to provoke, simply having a history of provoking the other party+quoting the person+using provocative words and sarcasm like 'Means don't dare to short? ' already is provocation.

I don't really care whether stockbot is banned or received more infraction than me.

Arguments between 2 forumers do not form the basis for infraction. And please, by saying his counter not worth holding or pointing out weaknesses of his counter means I am provoking? Can you show me specific proof on this?

Stockbot ban due to collated infractions

yyhwin banned because you just never learn to fight for your case in feedback section only.

If you guys can see this message, please take note of something very simple: There is a difference between Challenging perspective and being provocative.

When you challenge one another, you challenge one another's perspective. No need to get personal because it is only an argument of difference in perspective.

However, the moment you think you can only be right and another can only be wrong and you try to put down one another's perspective = That is being provocative.

By the way, can Boss remind the folks that MM, SSI is not EDMW. So stockbot please remember to not use EDMW lingo in MM, SSI.

As for yyhwin, so far the points given are legit and to a certain extent, Perisher has already been kind enough to let you off with warnings instead several times. So take this off period to chill and calm your head and move on from this incident.

And since stockbot and yyhwin have a history of annoying one another; if you don't see eye to eye, simply add each other into your ignore list.
