I would like to appeal against the 3 points given to me for thread digging.

An alarm did go off last night at 2am in my neighbourhood and I had originally wanted to create a new thread to ask the question on who to contact to check out the alarm when I chanced upon the old thread.
Hence, instead of creating a new thread, I decided to leverage the existing thread. As nobody responded to my post and the alarm was off after ringing for a good 45 minute, I decided to delete my post without realising other users replied after my post.
It was a genuine question and not an attempt to be a forum nuisance by digging old thread. If leveraging existing old thread is not allowed, I will create new thread in the future.
Please kindly reverse the 3 points awarded to me. Thank you!
