Appeal against my points

Hi mods. I’d like to appeal against my infraction. Why was i given 3 points for a “forum nuisance” post? Was what i said not true to begin with? To play around with the income of another person is to disregard the mouths they have to feed.
Please reverse my infraction tyty

No one should lose a life even if there is a salary dispute.

Your post is not only highly inappropriate and but also insensitive.
