Dear Admin,
I have not logged in for a week and upon logging in, I discovered I have received 5 infractions for "Unsolicited Content" which have 15 points imposed for the posts I made in Feb.
Before this 5 infractions, I have received a warning. However the timing of warning received as well as the infractions notifications pm are all within a short period of few hours on 12 April, which left me with no grace period to delete the unsolicited posts.
I seek your kind understanding to waive this 5 infractions. If I have logged into my account on 12 April and saw the warning pm, I would have deleted the posts to advertise the sale of textbooks. Besides I have not made anymore posts since Feb that are unsolicited.
