Both of you were given infractions for your parts in the racket. Of course, you wouldn't be able to see each other's infraction.

It doesn't matter who started the fight, the participation was wrong in itself. You could have just ignored or not resort to insults.

I said "Please don't feel offended for what I'm going to post next", after that paragraph, I replied with "Either", the said member did not confirmed my post nor admit anything to that post, so he/she obviously wasn't stupid in your analogy. You are putting words into my mouth.

Obviously the said member was trolling, how could pet owner unable to tell the different between his/her pet with a stranger pet.

I'm dead sure your parents can immediately spot the differences if someone brought anyone the same size, colour and shape as you to them and tell them this stranger is you. You're not stupid, hence no prize for giving the right answer.

Your case here is entirely different, both seem to agreed to each other words, my stupid opinion.

Since you said you don't cares about my reply, why are you quoting that reply here? Why are you harping on to the reply like a broken record?

Double standard in your context exist in all walk of life, nothing unusual about it. There are always benefits of doubts , we don't have to take action on all reported thread or post. In most cases, the benefits of doubt are removed with clear evident to support the claim after thorough investigation. There are cases whereby no action needed, you have the rights to says we practice double standard, no one can stop you.

There are no immunity for the moderators, if we violated the rules, we will get infraction/warning or asked to step down for the benefits of the forum. If I'm asked to stop down or fired, no hard feeling, the administrators are doing it for the bigger good of the forum. Likewise, I won't hesitate to give warning or infraction if fellow members violated the house rule with clear evident.
