appeal for NUS hostel advice needed!

Year 3 student here. Applying for hostel. (Appealing). Reasons such as workload heavy, excellent academic performance, travel distance, classes at night are not strong enough reasons as stated on the appeal website. So what reasons I can give? Help help brainstorm a bit? Seriously really really thanks if got any advice.
