Appeal for thread closure

The thread has long deviated from a sharing of good deals thread to a complaining, trolling and flaming thread. And things got a lot worse few days ago when a joint promotion between Qoo10 and DBS went sour and members affected or otherwise started venting their frusrations in the thread. Alot of accusations and incendiary remarks were made against the companies invovled and even against fellow forumers.

Even now, when DBS has already informed the parties affected about plans for rectification, a few particular posters in the thread are still continuing their arguments and name calling. Hopefully admins and mods can take note and consider a temporary, if not permanent, closure of the thread, at least till the whole episode blows over.

Although I rarely post in the thread, I am actually monitoring the thread all this while. Qoo10 and DBS explained the issue behind the glitch and many members are affected by the technical issue. We won't close the thread and silent everyone just because of some argument.

Just let the matter blow over, closing it does not address the issue, let fellow members sort it out and air their frustration for the time being. If the situation does not improve after 5th Dec, will close the thread and let the fire die before open for discussion and deal sharing.
