appeal to swipe off warning

hello
the warning is like a stain to my record and i did not know it is wrong.
can i request it to be removed on account of good behaviour and already 7yrs past?

If we grant you this request, every other forum member will expect their historical warnings to be removed. So, no we are unable to provide you with this exception.
