No, I don't find it overly revealing that it breaks the forum guidelines.

Showing cleavages had been a fashion trend and many people are doing it publicly.

Like I've mentioned before, I'm very confident that if that very girl was to wear that very outfit in public in SG, she won't be arrested for public indecency.

As such, I believe that I should not be infracted for posting this picture.

Okay, I think we're both seeing this image very differently.

What she's wearing is very normal.

What's she's doing, is however a different matter altogether.
That and what you can see - it's not just cleavage (which, by the way, is a little more than usual).

Again, it boils down to the source, thread purpose, and other subtle attributes. That and if someone has reported on the issue or if the mod has come across it.

We're not actively moderating the board, but we're more focussed on facilitating the board. Hence the supposed unevenness in moderation for a fast moving board like EDMW, but it's a necessary middle ground for the current rules and moderation.
