I have been using my company email address for my Apple ID eg xxx@mm.ss.sg. My gmail address links to iCloud. What happens when I loose the access to coy's email address, how can I change my xxx@mm.ss.sg to gmail or migrate gmail to replace existing Apple ID? I hope I am clear in my question as I am a noob. Thanks in advance.

Get Apple to assist to update.
Thanks. I got Apple to assist. Now I have created a new Apple ID, is it advisable to delete the old Apple ID which has been using for more than a decade and it also tied to App or purchase matter? I still see my old Apple ID under “Setting”. Thanks.

Not sure if apps are transferable. Have to repurchase apps and re-setup all account details for new Apple ID if its non-transferable.
And yes, advisable to delete as corporate should have their device controls profile/configs.

Thanks for your reply. I don't remember I purchased any APP except I subscribed only to iCloud. Will call Apple to clarify.

If its only iCloud then not exactly an issue, have to port over to the new account.
i.e. download and upload photos to new iCloud account etc.

And yes, ideally call Apple to clarify any doubts on account issues.
Feel free to check back if required.

Hi there, thank you so much for your guidance. Called Apple Specialist and hopefully it is resolved and cross my fingers that it would migrate seamlessly from old to new iphone. Thanks
